Vision Statement: Enterprise Elementary School Counseling Department’s vision is that all students will gain skills to be lifelong learners, social/emotional growth, and careers that are fulfilling.
Mission Statement: The mission of the Enterprise Elementary School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that focuses on academic, career, and social/emotional development of all students. The counselors at Enterprise collaborate with all stakeholders to provide a culturally responsive and proactive school counseling program. This program will empower students to gain skills to overcome challenges, set goals, and be leaders of their own learning. This is a data-driven program to ensure the effectiveness of the program in the academic, career, and social/emotional domains student learning.

 

The school counselors at Enterprise Elementary School believe:

  • All students can learn and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • All students have unique strengths.
  • We must work to actively engage children, families, and community members, and fully develop them as partners in the educational experience.
  • Curriculum and instructional techniques must be differentiated to meet the needs of all students.
  • All students have the right to participate in a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate school counseling program delivered by a licensed school counselor.
