Dear Enterprise Elementary Families,

I am truly excited to introduce myself as the next principal of Enterprise Elementary School. It is an honor to join a school community with a positive reputation for caring, commitment, and student success, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside you.

I have been proud to serve as a school leader in Prince William County Public Schools since 2008, beginning as an assistant principal, then as an elementary principal starting in 2012, and most recently as an elementary director since 2023. These experiences have deepened my commitment to supporting students, developing strong educators, and partnering closely with families to ensure every child thrives.

Based on Enterprise Elementary’s vision of striving to be a caring and collaborative learning community of critical thinkers and mindful leaders, I am inspired by the pride and dedication that define this school. I look forward to building on the strong foundation already in place and partnering with you to ensure every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired each day.

As partners in education, we share the responsibility of creating a positive, inclusive environment where every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. Strong relationships—with students, families, and staff—are the foundation of this work. I look forward to listening, learning, and collaborating with you as we continue to move Enterprise Elementary forward.

In the coming months, I hope to provide opportunities to hear your input about what matters most for your children. I am grateful for the leadership of Mrs. Nickerson, the dedication of the administrative team, and the hard work of the Enterprise staff in building such a supportive and academically focused environment for students. Your voice and partnership are essential, and I am excited to collaborate as we support our students and celebrate their successes.
