My name is Kathleen Myers, and I am honored to serve as the Administrative Intern at Enterprise Elementary School. As an intern,  I am thrilled to be part of a school community that values excellence, equity, continuous growth, and a deep commitment to student success, 

With several years of experience as an educator and teacher leader in PWCS, I have had the privilege of supporting professional learning communities and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. I have a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia, a Master of Teaching from James Madison University, and a Bachelor's Degree with a certification in inclusive education.  

I am passionate about fostering environments where both students and staff can thrive.  As an aspiring school leader, I view education as a lifelong journey—one that is enriched through collaboration, reflection, and shared purpose. I am dedicated to supporting Enterprise Elementary's vision and mission, and I look forward to contributing to our continuous improvement efforts to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

As an intern, I work closely with instructional staff and students to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. I strive to lead by example, empower others, and build strong relationships across our school community.  I’m also a big fan of educational innovation and love finding creative ways to support learning.

A few fun facts about me: I enjoy running, exploring new places, and spending quality time with family and friends. I am excited to connect with all of you and contribute to the vibrant culture of Enterprise Elementary.
